We are currently seeking a skilled Endodontist to join our team.
Position Overview:
As an Endodontist, you will serve as a root canal specialist, focusing primarily on consultations, root canal procedures, and retreatment of root canals. While performing apicoectomies is a plus, it is not a requirement as our periodontist also offers these services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with patients to assess their dental health and determine the need for root canal treatment.
- Formulating suitable treatment plans based on the diagnosed dental condition.
- Perform root canal procedures with precision and efficiency to alleviate patient discomfort and preserve dental health.
- Administer retreatment of root canals when necessary to address any recurring issues.
- Maintaining teeth that have previously undergone root canal procedures.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment planning.

The work schedule (days and hours) will be discussed during the interview
Requirements:
- D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a post-doctoral residency program in endodontics.
- Valid state dental license in California.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing root canal procedures and related endodontic treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
Compensation:
Compensation for this position is set at 50% of total production, providing you with a fair and rewarding earning potential based on your performance.
